What we collect

• Quote requests: the details you enter in the form (name, email, optional phone, trip details).
• Email communication: your email address and the content of messages we exchange.
• Unsubscribe requests: your email address and the time you unsubscribed, so we never email you again.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Why and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and prepare an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to a contract).
• To send business emails about our services, and to honour opt-outs (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest). You can object at any time.
• To keep the website secure (legitimate interest).

How long we keep it

Quote requests: as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting contract, then as required by law. Unsubscribe records: kept permanently, solely to make sure we do not contact you again.

Who receives it

Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and email routing) and transport partners only where needed to fulfil your booking. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. Write to transport@kweili.com. You may also complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, NAIH (naih.hu), or the authority in your country.

Unsubscribe

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at tourgobus.com/unsubscribe. Opt-outs take effect immediately.
